Build a document cross-check
Start with the fields that connect paper to person: name, photograph where present, stated job or position, and the reason for movement. Then compare clearance and timing with the current manual. This order prevents a plausible stamp or polished layout from carrying more weight than a direct contradiction.
- Identity: does the name and image belong to the visitor at the window?
- Role: does the position on paper match the answer and permitted work?
- Access: does the listed clearance support this movement?
- Time: is the document valid for the current period or instruction?
- Numbers: do pass, passport, or connected identifiers agree exactly?
- Support: does a medical certificate or verbal order remain consistent with the rest of the record?
Know the verified document traps
The June 16 demo update confirms that visitors may carry documents with incorrect passport or pass numbers. It also says fake medical certificates were changed so players could identify them more reliably, with the related tutorial updated. Those are demonstrated document risks, not permission to invent a master list of fake layouts.
The current official game description also warns about suspiciously perfect documents. Treat perfection as a prompt to cross-check, not an automatic rejection rule. A legitimate visitor may still have clean paperwork, while a false identity may fail somewhere else in the chain.
What the public sources do not settle
Official public material does not yet provide a complete catalogue of every document type, every valid number format, or every full-release certificate variation. It also does not prove that a document seen in a demo build will keep identical art or rules at launch. This guide therefore teaches comparisons that remain useful across builds and will add specimen-level examples only after they can be checked directly.
If the documents agree but behavior or physical evidence does not, move to the anomaly and scanner guides. Paper establishes a claim; the rest of the checkpoint decides whether that claim survives inspection.
